Description

A luscious, no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, and rich chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 whole graham crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold into pudding mixture.
  3. In a 9×13 dish, layer graham crackers, half the pudding mixture, another layer of graham crackers, then remaining pudding. Top with final graham cracker layer.
  4. For ganache: Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips, let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Spread over top layer of graham crackers.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
