A luscious, no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, and rich chocolate ganache.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 whole graham crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold into pudding mixture.
- In a 9×13 dish, layer graham crackers, half the pudding mixture, another layer of graham crackers, then remaining pudding. Top with final graham cracker layer.
- For ganache: Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips, let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Spread over top layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
