A decadent, no-bake dessert that layers the rich flavors of caramel, chocolate, and shortbread into a lasagna-style treat.

For the Crust:
- 1 package shortbread cookies, crushed
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine crushed shortbread cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the base layer.
- In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened to a caramel consistency. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the caramel mixture over the shortbread base. Sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips.
- Repeat layers with remaining caramel and chocolate chips. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before slicing and serving.
