- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- Additional strawberries for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of serving cups.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently stir in chopped strawberries.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, garnished with additional strawberries.
