A simple, no-fuss dessert that captures the creamy luxury of cheesecake, the juicy sweetness of strawberries, and the golden crunch of a graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of serving cups.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently stir in chopped strawberries.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, garnished with additional strawberries.
