Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 lb pizza dough, thawed if frozen
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle. Sprinkle feta, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, oregano, and garlic evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
- Transfer the log to the prepared baking sheet and form into a circle, joining the ends to make a wreath. Make diagonal cuts around the outer edge, about 1 inch apart.
- Brush the wreath with beaten egg and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
