For the Crust:

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 large onion, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken drumsticks and chopped vegetables with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
