Description

Easy, cheesy, and herby puff pastry roll-ups baked until golden and served with marinara for dipping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan, parsley, oregano, and garlic powder.
  3. Roll the pastry tightly into a log. Slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
  4. Place rounds on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
