For the Crust:
- 200g spaghetti or fettuccine pasta
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil
- Wooden skewers or sticks
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pasta strand into beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Thread coated pasta onto wooden skewers, shaping into churro-like twists.
- Preheat airfryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray pasta sticks with cooking oil.
- Airfry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Serve warm.
