Description

A refreshing and fruity twist on the classic margarita, blending sweet peaches and tart raspberries for a vibrant cocktail perfect for summer gatherings.

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 4 oz silver tequila
  • 2 oz triple sec
  • 3 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt or sugar for rimming (optional)
  • Lime wedges and extra raspberries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Rim glasses with salt or sugar by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping into a plate of salt or sugar.
  2. In a blender, combine peaches, raspberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth and slushy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more simple syrup if desired.
  5. Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with lime wedges and fresh raspberries.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
