For the Crust:
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 4 oz silver tequila
- 2 oz triple sec
- 3 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Salt or sugar for rimming (optional)
- Lime wedges and extra raspberries for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Rim glasses with salt or sugar by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping into a plate of salt or sugar.
- In a blender, combine peaches, raspberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth and slushy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more simple syrup if desired.
- Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with lime wedges and fresh raspberries.
