These mini tartlets are a delightful combination of juicy peaches and creamy whipped feta, perfect for a summer appetizer or a light dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 12 mini tartlet shells
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 150g feta cheese
  • 100ml heavy cream

Instructions
