For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry jelly
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Brush the flatbread with olive oil and spread cranberry jelly evenly over the surface.
- Arrange pear and apple slices over the jelly, then top with brie slices.
- Sprinkle with feta crumbles, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Let cool for 2 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
