A sweet and savory flatbread topped with caramelized pear and apple, creamy brie, tangy cranberry jelly, and a salty feta crumble.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or pre-baked pizza crust
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry jelly
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and spread cranberry jelly evenly over the surface.
  3. Arrange pear and apple slices over the jelly, then top with brie slices.
  4. Sprinkle with feta crumbles, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Let cool for 2 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
