For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan bread
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp cranberry jelly
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Arrange pear and apple slices evenly over the flatbread. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with brie slices and dollop cranberry jelly over the surface. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with feta crumble and fresh thyme. Slice and serve warm.
