Description

A sweet and savory flatbread featuring roasted pears and apples, creamy brie, tangy cranberry jelly, and salty feta crumble.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan bread
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cranberry jelly
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Arrange pear and apple slices evenly over the flatbread. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top with brie slices and dollop cranberry jelly over the surface. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with feta crumble and fresh thyme. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
