For the Crust:
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

- 1/2 cup candied pecans

- 4 oz feta cheese, cut into snowflake shapes (using a small cookie cutter)
- For the dressing: 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, apple, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and red onion.
- In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Arrange the salad on a serving platter and top with the feta snowflakes, placing them decoratively across the top.
