For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange pear and apple slices evenly over the flatbread. Top with brie and feta cheeses.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and cranberry sauce. Drizzle half over the flatbread.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with thyme, dried cranberries, and remaining glaze. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
