Description

A sweet and savory flatbread featuring juicy pears, crisp apples, creamy brie, tangy feta, and a drizzle of cranberry-honey glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or pre-baked pizza crust
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange pear and apple slices evenly over the flatbread. Top with brie and feta cheeses.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey and cranberry sauce. Drizzle half over the flatbread.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with thyme, dried cranberries, and remaining glaze. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
