Description

A sweet and savory flatbread featuring crisp pears, tart apples, creamy Gorgonzola, tangy goat cheese, and a drizzle of raspberry honey glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 green apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Arrange pear and apple slices evenly over the flatbread.
  3. Sprinkle Gorgonzola and goat cheese over the fruit.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  5. While baking, warm honey and raspberry jam in a small saucepan until combined.
  6. Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with raspberry honey glaze, and garnish with thyme, salt, and pepper.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
