For the Crust:
- 1 large pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Arrange pear and apple slices evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle Gorgonzola and goat cheese over the fruit.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- While baking, warm honey and raspberry jam in a small saucepan until combined.
- Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with raspberry honey glaze, and garnish with thyme, salt, and pepper.
