Description

A savory and sweet flatbread topped with ripe pears, tangy blue cheese, and a drizzle of thyme-infused honey.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 large pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the pear slices evenly over the flatbread, then sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese and half of the thyme leaves.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  4. While baking, warm the honey in a small saucepan with the remaining thyme over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove flatbread from oven, top with arugula, and drizzle with the thyme honey before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
