A sweet and savory flatbread featuring ripe pears, creamy brie, tart cranberries, and aromatic thyme.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange pear slices and brie evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with cranberries and thyme.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
