Elegant crostini featuring sweet pear, creamy brie, salty prosciutto, and a drizzle of balsamic honey.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. Top each crostini with a slice of brie, a slice of pear, and a piece of prosciutto. Return to oven for 3-4 minutes until brie is slightly melted.
  3. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
