For the Crust:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Arrange pear slices, brie, and walnuts evenly over half the pastry. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling. Cut into 1-inch strips, twist each strip, and place on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
