A refreshing and elegant salad featuring sweet pears, crunchy candied pecans, and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.

For the Crust:

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup candied pecans
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced pears, candied pecans, goat cheese, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
