Description

A gourmet flatbread combining sweet pears, tangy Gorgonzola, and caramelized onions on a crispy crust.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread crust
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread crust on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange pear slices and red onion evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle Gorgonzola cheese and thyme leaves on top.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
