For the Crust:

  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese, chilled
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cut the chilled brie into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix chopped pistachios, panko, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each brie cube into the beaten egg, then coat evenly in the pistachio mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry brie bites for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and slightly melted inside.
  5. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
