For the Crust:
- 4 pieces halloumi cheese (about 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 4 burger buns
- 4 tablespoons hot honey
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Press each piece of halloumi into the chopped pistachios until well coated and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pistachios are golden brown and the halloumi is heated through. Serve on burger buns drizzled with hot honey.
