  • 8 small burrata balls
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Arrange the burrata balls on a serving platter, spacing them apart.
  2. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds generously over and around each burrata ball.
  3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
