For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Season the whipped feta with salt and pepper, then transfer to a serving dish.
