For the Crust:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, layer with peach slices and burrata cheese. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
