For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet and spread cranberry sauce evenly over the surface, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle sliced brie and chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce, then top with fresh thyme.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log, starting from the long side. Slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Place pinwheels on the baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
