For the Crust:
- 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Let cool completely, then mix in dried cranberries. Store in an airtight container.
