For the Crust:
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, calamari)
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll puff pastry into a circle and place on a baking sheet. Use a small bowl to cut out the center, forming a wreath shape.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add seafood and cook until just opaque. Deglaze with white wine and lemon juice.
- Stir in heavy cream, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest.
- Spoon seafood mixture onto the puff pastry wreath, leaving the center open. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pastry is golden and puffed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
