Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Arrange the burrata cheese in the center of a large wooden board or platter.
- Place the cherry tomatoes, yellow bell pepper slices, cucumber slices, purple grapes, and Kalamata olives in colorful sections around the burrata.
- Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts over the vegetables and fruits for added crunch.
