- 24 fresh raspberries
- 24 mini phyllo cups
- 1 tbsp honey for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into each phyllo cup.
- Top each filled cup with a fresh raspberry.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until phyllo cups are golden and filling is set.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and drizzle with honey before serving.
