For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
- Assemble tacos by spooning beef into tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
