Description

A creamy and flavorful garlic butter shrimp pasta that’s quick and easy to make for a delicious weeknight dinner.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Toss cooked pasta with the shrimp and sauce until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
