			For the Crust:
- 2 large apples, cored and diced
 - 2 cups shredded carrots
 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries
 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
 - Pour the dressing over the apple-carrot mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
 - Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
