For the Crust:

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1 cup whipped feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn with olive oil and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
  3. In a small bowl, mix lime juice and chili powder to create the drizzle.
