Description

A crispy, aromatic flatbread topped with roasted garlic, fresh herbs, and melted Parmesan cheese, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 head garlic, roasted and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a thin, rectangular shape.
  2. Place dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush evenly with olive oil.
  3. Spread mashed roasted garlic over the dough, then sprinkle with parsley, rosemary, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden and crispy. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
