Scale

For the Crust:

  • 4 medium golden beets, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 1 grapefruit, segmented
  • 1/4 cup micro basil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
