Description

A sweet and savory flatbread featuring roasted pears, tart cranberries, and creamy brie cheese on a crispy crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange pear slices and cranberries evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Top with slices of brie cheese and sprinkle with thyme.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with walnuts if using, and slice to serve.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
