For the Crust:
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Brush pears with melted butter and drizzle with half the honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender and lightly caramelized.
- Let pears cool slightly, then top each with a dollop of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and drizzle with remaining honey before serving.
