A simple yet elegant dessert featuring tender roasted pears topped with creamy cheese and crunchy pistachios.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
  2. Brush pears with melted butter and drizzle with half the honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender and lightly caramelized.
  4. Let pears cool slightly, then top each with a dollop of cream cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and drizzle with remaining honey before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
