Description

A sweet and savory pizza featuring roasted red grapes, creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy hot honey drizzle.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade with honey and red pepper flakes)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the halved grapes on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast for 15 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the dough with the remaining olive oil. Arrange the roasted grapes, brie slices, and dried cranberries evenly over the dough.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with toasted walnuts. Drizzle generously with hot honey and garnish with fresh thyme if using. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
