Delicious sweet potato rounds roasted to perfection and topped with honey and crumbled feta.

For the Crust:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch rounds and toss with olive oil.
  3. Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with feta before serving.
