Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Slice sweet potatoes into even 1/4-inch thick rounds to ensure uniform cooking.

3. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Notes
