Description

A vibrant flatbread topped with creamy whipped feta, sweet roasted tomatoes, and a spicy-sweet garlic chili honey drizzle.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz block feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pre-made flatbreads or naan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • Fresh basil or oregano for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until softened.
  2. In a food processor, blend feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and remaining 1 tbsp olive oil until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. Warm flatbreads in the oven for 3-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, garlic, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.
  5. Spread whipped feta over flatbreads, top with roasted tomatoes, drizzle with garlic chili honey, and garnish with fresh herbs.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
