A vibrant flatbread topped with creamy whipped feta, sweet roasted tomatoes, and a spicy-sweet garlic chili honey drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 oz block feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pre-made flatbreads or naan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Fresh basil or oregano for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until softened.
- In a food processor, blend feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and remaining 1 tbsp olive oil until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Warm flatbreads in the oven for 3-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, garlic, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.
- Spread whipped feta over flatbreads, top with roasted tomatoes, drizzle with garlic chili honey, and garnish with fresh herbs.
