For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place brie in center of pastry. Top with cranberry sauce, honey, and pecans.
- Fold pastry over brie, sealing edges. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
