A delightful dessert featuring juicy pears with a ruby-colored filling, perfect for a sweet ending to any meal.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and scoop out the cores to create a small well in each half.
  3. Mix raspberry jam, walnuts, and cinnamon in a bowl. Spoon the mixture into the pear wells.
  4. Drizzle honey over the filled pears and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
