For the Crust:
- 4 ripe pears
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the pears in half and scoop out the cores to create a small well in each half.
- Mix raspberry jam, walnuts, and cinnamon in a bowl. Spoon the mixture into the pear wells.
- Drizzle honey over the filled pears and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
