For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough or flatbread crust
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and balsamic vinegar. Spread evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and red onion slices over the cranberry glaze. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is slightly melted. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and thyme. Slice and serve warm.
