Description

A savory-sweet flatbread topped with a tangy cranberry and balsamic glaze, creamy goat cheese, and aromatic fresh herbs.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough or flatbread crust
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and balsamic vinegar. Spread evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and red onion slices over the cranberry glaze. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is slightly melted. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary and thyme. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
