Description

A savory-sweet flatbread topped with tangy cranberries, creamy goat cheese, and aromatic herbs, finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb pizza dough, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, halved
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rustic oval or rectangle.
  2. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Scatter cranberries, goat cheese, red onion, rosemary, and thyme evenly over the top.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cranberries are slightly burst. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
