For the Crust:
- 1 lb pizza dough, room temperature
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, halved
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rustic oval or rectangle.
- Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Scatter cranberries, goat cheese, red onion, rosemary, and thyme evenly over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cranberries are slightly burst. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
