A sweet and savory flatbread featuring creamy triple cream cheese, a tangy cranberry-honey glaze, and crunchy toasted almonds.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made rustic flatbread crust
  • 4 oz triple cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush the flatbread crust with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the softened triple cream cheese evenly over the flatbread crust.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and honey to create the glaze. Drizzle or spread over the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle toasted almonds over the top. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh thyme, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
