For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made rustic flatbread crust
- 4 oz triple cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush the flatbread crust with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Spread the softened triple cream cheese evenly over the flatbread crust.
- In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and honey to create the glaze. Drizzle or spread over the cheese.
- Sprinkle toasted almonds over the top. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh thyme, slice, and serve warm.
