A delightful combination of juicy peaches, creamy burrata cheese, and a sweet almond-flavored crust, perfect for a summer dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the almond flour, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to form a paste.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the almond mixture evenly over the crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Arrange peach slices over the paste and tear burrata over the peaches. Fold the edges of the crust over the filling, pleating as you go. Brush the crust with the beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
