Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
