For the Crust:
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
